Ginger (Zingiber officinale) and lemongrass, in English lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus). While fresh ginger is now available in well-stocked supermarkets (but is cumbersome to peel and chop), lemongrass is rarely available fresh in this country. Here comes ours  Ginger lemongrass  Just right: Fresh ginger root and lemongrass stalks combine  in cold-pressed fresh from the mill  Rapeseed oil for an intense fragrance and taste experience, which is not least due to the natural high content of essential oils of the two plants.
